Lumigen SPARCL® Trigger Solution Description
Lumigen SPARCL® (Spatial Proximity Analyte Reagent Capture Luminescence) Trigger Solution is a proprietary reagent designed to initiate the flash chemiluminescent reaction in SPARCL proximity-based assays. Upon addition, the trigger activates the interaction between acridan-labeled and horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled binding partners that have been brought into close spatial proximity through a specific binding event.
This rapid activation generates an instantaneous burst of light directly proportional to the quantity of analyte present. The flash signal supports sensitive, real-time detection in homogeneous, no-wash assay formats and is optimized for use with luminometers equipped with injectors.
As an essential component of the Lumigen SPARCL Detection Kit, the Trigger Solution enables fast assay completion, simplified workflows, and reliable quantitation across sandwich and competitive assay formats.
