Lumigen SPARCL® Background Reducing Agent Description
Lumigen SPARCL® Background Reducing Agent is a proprietary reagent formulated to enhance signal-to-noise performance in SPARCL proximity-based chemiluminescent assays. Designed to suppress non-specific luminescence, it improves assay clarity and supports accurate quantitation in homogeneous, no-wash formats.
By reducing background signal, the reagent enhances sensitivity and dynamic range in sandwich and competitive SPARCL assay formats. It is included in the Lumigen SPARCL Detection Kit and available separately for assay development and optimization.
