Lumi-Phos 530 Description
Lumi-Phos® 530 is a ready-to-use chemiluminescent substrate formulated for the detection of alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugates in immunoassays and nucleic acid probe assays. Engineered for ultra-sensitive performance, it enables reliable detection of low-abundance analytes captured on magnetic particles and in microtiter plate wells.
Upon reaction with alkaline phosphatase, Lumi-Phos 530 produces bright green luminescence at 530 nm, delivering signal intensity significantly greater than traditional colorimetric substrates. Its high light output supports sensitive detection across a broad dynamic range, making it well suited for applications requiring precise quantitation at very low analyte concentrations.
The reagent generates sustained chemiluminescent signal, allowing flexible read times while maintaining consistent performance. Luminescence intensity is directly proportional to analyte concentration, producing linear calibration curves that support accurate quantitative analysis.
Lumi-Phos 530 is compatible with microtiter well and bead-based ELISA formats and can be integrated into a wide range of alkaline phosphatase-based detection workflows.
